The team is based in the Netherlands at the EHQ Nike Office. WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH Day-to-day, you will work in close partnership with a multidisciplinary Nike creative team including designers, copywriters, creative leaders, and producers.

You will work in collaboration with peers across EMEA Brand Creative Production based in Hilversum, Paris and London, as well as the broader Nike production network across Global & other Geo teams.’ Outside of Nike, you will build and maintain strong relationships across a broad network of external agencies, production partners and creative artists.

You will operate at both a strategic and executional level – driving creative excellence while ensuring disciplined operational elements are seamlessly executed from concept through to final delivery.

You will be a creative thought-partner to your creative peers – collaborating early to shape ideas, elevate concepts and strengthen Nike’s storytelling.

You will identify, recommend and introduce creative talent, agencies and production partners who can bring bold ideas to life, while strategically balancing creative ambition with business priorities, scale, and impact. You bring a holistic, big-picture view to every project, translating creative ambition into clear production strategies.

You will lead the end-to-end production process, owning all aspects of creative production including art buying and sourcing world-class creative talent, managing contracts, budget and financial governance, building and overseeing integrated timelines, leading production on set and at live events, and successful post-production delivery.

You will align cross-functional partners, anticipate risk and guide Producers and Junior Producers with clarity and confidence to ensure successful, on-time and on budget delivery. Beyond the individual projects, you will lead and contribute to team-wide initiatives to improve efficiency and innovation within production.

You will share expertise, help define and implement new ways of working, and set a high bar for production rigor, leadership, creative thought-partnership and craft.

You will actively support the wider Brand Creative community, participating in team moments and initiatives that foster a culture of sport, inclusion, collaboration and creative excellence. WHAT YOU BRING: Strong passion for creativity, sports and culture.
