Role Purpose
At NBCUniversal, the Corporate Events Department produces high-impact experiences for clients and C-suite executives across some of the most recognized brands in media and entertainment — from marquee tentpole events and corporate initiatives to brand activations and large-scale client programs.
The Corporate Events Manager is an experienced event lead who independently drives small to mid-sized programs from ideation through execution while also contributing to larger-scale events as part of a broader team. This individual brings 5–7 years of experience in events, hospitality, entertainment, or related industries, along with a proven ability to lead programs, navigate complex logistics, and collaborate effectively across stakeholders. The Manager serves as a key partner to internal teams, clients, vendors, and executives, balancing strategic thinking with flawless execution. This position may provide guidance and oversight to Coordinators, Associates, Pages, or project-based team members depending on event staffing and department structure.
Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The position reports to a Vice President within the Corporate Events Department. At NBCUniversal, you’ll have opportunities to learn, grow, and make an impact alongside some of the industry’s most talented professionals.
