NASCAR is seeking an experienced Manager, Creative Operations to: Help shape the operational processes that power impactful creative work across the organization.

Lead the planning, intake, prioritization, and execution of creative initiatives supporting Marketing and internal business teams.

Drive operational excellence through workflow optimization, resource planning, and project governance.

Create greater visibility, alignment, and efficiency across Creative Services and cross-functional stakeholders.

Advance the team's ability to deliver high-quality, on-brand creative work that supports NASCAR's business objectives. ...based in Daytona Beach, Florida.

What You'll Do Lead the full lifecycle of creative projects from strategic intake through final delivery.

Oversee project prioritization in partnership with Creative Services and Marketing leadership to align workloads with business objectives.

Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for Workfront, including project setup, workflow configuration, reporting, and governance.

Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, dependencies, resource allocations, and capacity forecasts.

Manage creative team capacity planning and proactively identify resource gaps, risks, and opportunities.

Establish and enforce intake standards, creative briefing requirements, and approval workflows.

Facilitate cross-functional communication, ensuring stakeholders remain informed of timelines, scope changes, and project risks.

Monitor project scope, performance metrics, and budget considerations to support operational efficiency.

Generate executive-level reporting and actionable insights from Workfront to support strategic decision-making.

Identify and implement process improvements that reduce bottlenecks, enhance collaboration, and improve creative output.

Travel up to 5% as business needs require.

What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.

Minimum of five (5) years of project management experience, including at least two (2) years in a creative, marketing, or agency environment.

Strong expertise with Workfront or similar project management/traffic management platforms.

Experience managing complex project workflows, timelines, resource planning, and stakeholder communications.

Proficiency with Macintosh platforms, Adobe Acrobat Professional, Microsoft Office applications, and cross-platform Mac/PC environments.

Ability to translate complex concepts into actionable project plans and serve as an effective liaison between business partners and creative teams.

Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.

Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Experience using project data and reporting to drive decision-making and process improvements.

Ability to foster collaboration and help teams perform at a high level.
