Position Summary: Excel Sports Management is seeking an experienced Manager to support field and experiential marketing initiatives for a key client in the financial services industry. This person provides end-to-end field and experiential marketing solutions, including strategy development, event identification, planning, management, execution, and reporting. The ideal candidate is passionate about events, creative ideation, and executing with excellence. This person is a self-starter who can create and execute events with lasting impact. This role will be based in Charlotte, North Carolina.

The pay range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000 per year. This position is also eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus.
Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
