· Manage various aspects of Participation Statement Reporting from the analysis and calculation all the way through cash pacing, payment, and statement delivery.· Lead and train staff.· Review statements prior to issuance to ensure contractual compliance and data integrity along with approving payments to the contractual party within contractual deadlines.· Interface with internal finance, disbursement groups and legal teams to address potential data, payment and contractual discrepancies including vendor set up and change management.· Manage the process for any special payments such as Audit Settlements, Advances, and Bonuses.· Learn and evaluate the current reporting process to ascertain efficiency and work with Financial Contract Administration, Data Staging and the Financial Innovation Team to improve process efficiency while maintaining controls.· Provide support and research related to third party audits and litigation.

Communicate with external Legal and/or Financial Management firms on contractual or statement questions and issues.· Assist with Special Projects as needed.
