What We Need

The Manager, HRBP role is a strategic and hands-on position that will support employees in our London and Dublin offices and European territories. 

Reporting to the Senior Manager, HRBP (based in Dublin) this role will develop deep partnerships with all levels of leadership in the London and Dublin offices as well as be a trusted resource to all employees. The position will implement talent management, coaching, compensation, retention, and team member engagement programs, and much more. 

This is a hybrid role, with a primary location in the London office and requires one week per month travel to our Dublin office.

What You Will Do

  • Proactively develop strong strategic business partnerships and trusted advisor relationships with the site leaders
  • Partner with and between People COE’s and global HRBP teams to deliver seamless human resources processes and programs.
  • Advise, deliver and drive adoption and execution of key HR program cycles including feedback, compensation, promotions,  job leveling and annual workforce planning.
  • Manage the performance evaluation process as a core tool to promote a high-performing workplace. Provide performance coaching to people leaders, working closely with the People Programs team on manager enablement and delivery.
  • Partner with People Programs to develop and drive talent management strategies which support team growth and individual development plans.
  • Partner with our Employee Relations Partners and Ops partners,, supporting employee relations issues and partnering with Legal as needed. Diagnose and solve underlying ER issues; develop and implement strategies to address them.
  • Partner with TA COEs and shape recruiting strategies with managers; liaise with recruiters to provide insight on staffing needs, position requirements, how the role fits in the organization, unique considerations and budget guidance.
  • Champion and help operationalize inclusion by ensuring diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies are infused in our organizational design, talent strategy, and programs.
  • Collaborate with the broader People team, and cross-functional partners to build and roll-out employee experience initiatives
  • As a member of the HRBP team, this role may also create cross-functional initiatives, requiring the ability to think beyond the aligned client group for broader impact and understanding.

Who We Think Will Be A Great Fit

  • Minimum 4-6  years HRBP experience preferably with fast-growing technology companies 
  • Someone who is agile, influential, collaborative, and pro-active.
  • Business understanding, knowledge, professionalism; experience in all aspects of how a business operates
  • Demonstrated track record of developing effective relationships across director+ levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to drive major initiatives through the organization
  • Ability to be proactive, to anticipate, and provide alternatives and options to the business.
  • Understanding the need to validate the existing culture before attempting to change;  willing to ask questions and learn vs. telling and doing
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; must be an articulate and persuasive communicator.
  • Ability to prepare and make senior-level presentations, and build a narrative based on collection and analysis of data. 
  • Ability to identify and effectively prioritise work.
  • Ability to work with both onsite and distributed remote teams effectively.
  • Ability and desire to effectively operate in ambiguous situations with a high degree of flexibility
