As the Manager of Hub Pharmacy Operations, you will provide leadership driving operational excellence across large, high-performing teams of Specialists and Leads.  We are a highly collaborative team of builders and operators who invent new ways of working in an industry that historically has resisted innovation. Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and empower a team of supervisors and their teams of Insurance Verification and Patient Outreach Specialists, to ensure the delivery of top-tier care for our patients and clients.
  • Provide oversight to team leads, ensuring effective resource management that consistently meets or exceeds SLAs; working cross-functionally with other operations managers to lend or provide support when necessary. 
  • Empower team leads to effectively coordinate and monitor workload distribution and productivity within their teams, ensuring efficient operations and that performance metrics are consistently met.
  • Leverage data to assess team performance, making informed decisions to enhance efficiency and meet organizational goals.
  • Identify operational challenges and implement innovative, data-driven solutions to optimize team performance and productivity.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize operational processes to maximize labor and operational efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with senior pharmacy leadership, contributing to strategic operational oversight and long-term success. 
  • Deliver exceptional  service and patient satisfaction by owning and solving all escalated patient concerns.
  • Foster continuous growth by developing junior leaders and supporting their professional development; cultivate a positive, engaging work environment that inspires the team to excel and innovate.
  • Assist in developing change management plans, coordinate with stakeholders for implementation, and monitor / address resistance to change.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of leadership experience in a data-driven, high-growth environment, with a proven track record of leading large, cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar field is strongly preferred.
  • Extensive experience in the pharmacy, healthcare, or medical insurance industry, with a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape and operational complexities.
  • Demonstrated success in overseeing large-scale, high-volume operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results.
  • Strong executive leadership skills with the ability to foster accountability, elevate team performance, and align departmental goals with broader organizational objectives.
  • Expertise in leveraging advanced data analytics and cutting-edge technology to optimize processes, enhance operational efficiency, and drive continuous improvement. Proven track record of managing employees and workflow in a high-volume environment.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in managing complex, dynamic operations.Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Proven ability to navigate and implement large-scale software systems, ensuring seamless integration and adoption across teams.

Location/Hours:

  • Fully onsite role in Robinson Township (Pittsburgh), Monday through Friday with flexible scheduling within our business hours from 8am-10pm EST
