Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for driving growth in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a Mid-Market Sales Manager to join our team, specifically supporting clients across Southeast Asia. This is a unique opportunity to gain deep expertise in Nielsen's Audience Measurement products, build strong client relationships, and significantly impact our revenue growth in this exciting region.

What you will do!

As a Mid-Market Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, for a portfolio of small to mid-sized clients in Southeast Asia. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Own the full sales cycle for approximately 80 existing and prospective Nielsen clients across various verticals (e.g., advertisers, publishers, digital), targeting up to USD$50k in Nielsen revenue per client.

  • Drive new pipeline generation through high-velocity, programmatic outbound prospecting activities (calls, emails, social outreach) to expand existing accounts and secure new logos.

  • Ensure high renewal rates for existing client contracts.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients through consistent communication and follow-up.

  • Actively prospect and qualify leads, including following up on Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).

  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, positioning additional Nielsen products and services that align with client needs.

  • Prepare compelling proposals, negotiate terms, and close contracts efficiently.

  • Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries regarding product updates and information.

  • Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets and activity KPIs.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and developments, continuously deepening your understanding of Nielsen's product suite.

  • Leverage CRM and other sales tech tools to meticulously track, execute, and manage all sales activities, ensuring operational command of your business.

  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams including Vertical Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Finance to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery.                                    #LI-NS1

**Qualifications**
  • 5-6 years minimum in high-performing Mid-Market Sales, with a strong focus on the media and digital media industry.

  • Deep understanding of the media landscape, demonstrated through direct experience working with or for agencies, advertisers, and digital platforms.

  • A consistent track record of exceeding sales targets and disciplined prospecting.

  • Proficiency with Mid-Market Sales tools like SAP/Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, and Outreach.

  • Strong business, media, technology, and data acumen.

  • Solid grasp of digital marketing, web technologies, online/offline data sets, and research methodologies relevant to the Southeast Asia market.

  • Exceptional strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills for data-driven decision-making.

  • Excellent verbal, listening, and communication skills, coupled with high emotional intelligence.

  • Sales Activities: Volume of outreaches (calls, emails, social), number of opportunities created.

  • Pipeline Health: Pipeline coverage vs. target, week-on-week pipeline probability movements, conversion rates.

  • Revenue Achievement: Bookings/closed deals across new clients, upsell, and cross-sell; renewals among existing clients; and overall percentage achievement against revenue target.

  • Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with senior-level clients and key industry stakeholders.

  • Strategic Thinking: Capacity to contribute to strategic discussions, identify market opportunities, and propose innovative solutions that align with business objectives.

  • Collaboration & Teamwork: A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across internal teams and with external partners to achieve shared goals.
