Manager of Partner Solutions

Truveta was born in the Pacific Northwest, but we have employees who live across the country.  Our team enjoys the flexibility of a hybrid model and working from anywhere.  In person attendance is required at least once per year for an onsite meeting. 

For overall team productivity, we optimize meeting hours in the pacific time zone. We avoid scheduling recurring meetings that start after 3pm PT, however, ad hoc meetings occur between 8am-6pm Pacific time.

This Opportunity 

We are seeking a strategic and technically adept Manager, Partner Solutions to lead our AI and data analytics excellence, segment within the Partner Solutions team.

Responsibilities

AI/ML Segment Leadership & Strategy:

    • Act as the primary technical expert supporting business development (BD) efforts in the AI/ML domain, independently lead the development and delivery of customized demos and facilitate technical discussions that align with specific customer needs and disease areas of interest.
    • Leverage deep medical and RWD expertise to architect and deliver tailored solutions using Truveta Studio capabilities. Provide strategic oversight for Truveta's AI & HealthTech segment from a Solutions perspective.

Analytics Excellence Management

    • Lead development and continuous improvement of feasibility and analytics workflows, including identifying automation opportunities and designing internal tools to enhance efficiency.
    • Mentor analysts in not only analytics execution but also in understanding data quality, pipelines for novel data types (imaging, genomics), and integration of structured and unstructured data sources.
    • Perform analytics in cases where surge capacity is needed

Product Collaboration

    • Act as a technical thought partner to Engineering and Product teams, influencing strategic decisions on AI capabilities and data onboarding based on evolving customer needs and emerging technologies.
    • Translate clinical and imaging use cases into scalable solutions by collaborating with Product, Clinical Informatics, Research, and Engineering teams

Solutions Operations

    • Analyze and optimize internal workflows and operational processes to drive efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and enhance team productivity
    • Collaborate closely with team members and key stakeholders to identify operational pain points and develop tailored solutions that address root causes

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare data and analytics, with a strong preference for candidates with Life Sciences and RWD experience.
  • Proven ability to communicate complex analytical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences that progress deals within Pharma, Med Device, and Government accounts
  • Proven ability to establish trust with Pharma, Med Device, and Government stakeholders
  • Proficiency in R, SQL, and/or Python for data analysis and insight generation
  • Demonstrated success in translating technical requirements between customers, research teams, and product/engineering teams.
  • Experience in training and/or mentorship of analysts
  • Experience supporting sales or customer-facing technical engagements is highly desirable

  • The base pay for this position is $137,000 to $150,000. The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target. Pay is based on several factors including location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles are eligible for additional compensation such as incentive pay and stock options.
