PrizePicks is looking for a Manager of Offline Marketing with proven experience in offline advertising channels. This hire will work closely with the Director of Offline Marketing to develop, execute and optimize our marketing strategy across Linear TV, OTT/OLV, Audio and Out-of-Home media to drive efficient customer acquisition growth.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and implement a data driven, measurable media strategy to hit CAC/new customer growth targets and new customer unit economics in partnership with the team
  • Be a thought leader and expert on all things Linear TV, OTT/OLV & Audio, accountable for best in class execution of media strategy in partnership with supporting internal and external teams (agencies, vendors)
  • Compile, analyze and track channel performance to identify key campaign learnings / optimizations on an ongoing basis to drive improvement of identified KPIs, regularly report to manager and leadership 
  • Proactively research, evaluate & recommend test opportunities for incremental growth
  • Be the steward for all media plans and related deliverables (media plan approvals, creative assets, contracts, budget tracking / KPI pacing) while adapting with speed & agility to dynamic business needs / performance changes
  • Partner with Brand Creative team to develop assets, share key findings, provide insights that optimize performance & inform future initiatives
  • Act as key point of contact with external agency partners and marketing vendors, provide direction and management based on performance goals
  • Work cross-functionally across the org (Growth, Product, Operations, Analytics and relevant teams), managing multiple projects and teams at once to keep deliverables are on track

What You Have

  • Business/Marketing Bachelor's degree 
  • 4+ years experience in customer acquisition marketing with concrete, consistent results - direct experience with Linear TV, OTT/OLV, Audio and Out-of-Home management required
  • Strong experience working with performance marketing metrics, understanding of media and marketing fundamentals (CPM, CPV, CAC, LTV)
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office / Google Suite (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
  • Demonstrate strong follow-through and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects 
  • Must be inquisitive and want to tackle projects you have not done before, be comfortable with uncertainty
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly
  • Be aggressive and want to win
