Job Description

Manage a high performing team of On Air Schedulers responsible for 24/7 linear and digital playout across networks like NBC, Bravo, and Telemundo.
Lead a team of Personnel Schedulers responsible for staff coverage across all broadcast and digital operations to ensure seamless 24/7 staffing and continuity.
Lead program clearances and scheduling for 248 NBC stations, coordinating across On-Air Operations, Affiliate Relations, and Research to ensure grid accuracy and seamless service delivery.
Scale operations to support over 50 FAST channels and high concurrency live events on Peacock.
Maintain uncompromising standards for on-air reliability and scheduling precision to ensure a flawless global viewing experience.
Serve as subject matter expert on cloud-based playout workflows and become proficient in next gen systems like Webscheduler, Translator Linear, OTTO, and Compass.
Collaborate with product teams to drive the roadmap, prioritizing key features and fixes while leading testing for cloud-native deployments.
Manage change control and maintenance priorities to keep live air windows risk free.
Identify opportunities for AI and automation to handle manual data tasks, allowing the operation to scale more effectively.
Act as a strategic partner to keep the team sharp on both traditional broadcast standards and new streaming features.
Work closely with upstream teams including Broadcast, Marketing, Programming, Sales, and Media Operations to keep primary and disaster recovery workflows in sync.
Track team performance and keep leadership updated on budget and staffing needs.
Pivot between priorities as business needs change, including adjusting staffing for major events or system maintenance.
