Job Description

About the Team:
The Ballpark Operations team is responsible for the event day needs of the organization’s events here at Oracle Park. This department works cross-functionally with several other departments and is integral to the success of the event day experience. You will enjoy being part of an iconic franchise in the Sports world and get to experience a company that believes in small teams for maximum impact; that strives to balance work and home life, that understands that this is a marathon, not a sprint; that continuously and purposefully builds an inclusive culture where everyone is able to do and be the best version of themselves.

About the Role:
The Manager, Partnership Operations is responsible for ensuring all partnership-related assets, activations, and ballpark elements are executed with precision and efficiency. Reporting to the Vice President, Ballpark Operations & Event Services, this role serves as the operational bridge between the Ballpark Operations and Corporate Partnerships departments & works hand in hand with the Director, Partnerships Activation — ensuring that partner deliverables are installed, maintained, and activated to the highest standard.
This position requires strong organizational skills, hands-on project management, and the ability to coordinate multiple internal teams and external vendors to bring partnership initiatives to life in a professional baseball environment.

You’re Excited About This Opportunity Because You Will...

Operational Liaison Between Departments
·       Serve as the primary point of contact within Ballpark Operations for all partnership-related projects and game activations.
·       Translate partnership requests into executable operational plans, communicating details clearly to the necessary departments.
·       Ensure smooth collaboration between Ballpark Operations, Corporate Partnerships, Facilities, and Guest Services teams.

Ballpark Upgrades & Signage Operations
·       Manage all partnership-related ballpark upgrades, including signage installations, replacements, and removals.
·       Oversee vendor coordination for all signage and branding elements — including site access, scheduling, quality control, and installation standards.
·       Maintain a comprehensive signage inventory and placement map, tracking seasonal updates and partner changes.
·       Ensure all installations meet operational, safety, and branding guidelines.
·       Manage timelines, budgets, and quality standards for all partnership-related projects.
·       Support procurement processes, bids, and contracting for signage and activation vendors as needed.

Gameday Execution & Partner Support
·       Serve as the key operational contact for partnership activations and in-park executions on gamedays.
·       Lead communication from Ballpark Operations to gameday staff regarding partner elements and logistics.
·       Coordinate with Ballpark Operations to fulfill partner setup requests such as tabling areas, stanchions, power access, equipment, and other infrastructure needs.
·       Identify, schedule, and manage a dedicated gameday operations support team for partnership-related duties.

Facility Integration & Continuous Improvement
·       Work closely with Cap Ex & Engineering teams to ensure partnership installations align with ongoing ballpark projects and renovations.
·       Develop and refine processes that streamline communication between Partnerships and Operations, ensuring efficient planning and execution.
·       Identify areas for improvement in workflow, signage management, and partner servicing from an operations standpoint.

Qualifications
·       Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Sports Management, Operations, or a related field.
·       3–5 years of experience in ballpark or venue operations, event management, or facility coordination (professional sports experience strongly preferred).
·       Experience working with corporate partnerships or collaborating with corporate partnership departments
·       Proven track record in vendor management, project coordination, and on-site execution.
·       Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
·       Ability to work collaboratively across departments in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
·       Comfortably working nontraditional hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and all home games.
