Responsibilities

The Role and What You’ll Do: IMG Licensing is seeking a Product & Brand

• Management
• Manager to support the day-to-day management of key client relationships and licensed product development. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth communication between internal teams, external partners, and licensees, while driving efficient project execution and maintaining high standards of brand alignment.

You will work closely with the Vice President Licensing and Brand

• Management, while supporting the Sr
• Manager of licensing & product development to manage the portfolio of global licensing and merchandising rights for some of the world’s leading media, entertainment and celebrity talent brands. You have a passion for entertainment and thrive in a highly iterative, agile, and at times intense environment. Client & Licensee Relationship
• Management Serve as a point of contact for designated clients and licensees, managing daily communications and addressing ongoing needs or special requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate and facilitate status meetings, prepare agendas, take detailed meeting notes, and ensure clear and timely distribution of recaps and next steps. Maintain and distribute regular internal and external updates on project and program statuses to ensure alignment across all stakeholders. Product
• Development
• Support Partner with the product development team to manage day-to-day licensee submissions, ensuring timely routing and feedback through the internal approval system. Assist in the successful execution of program launches by tracking submission timelines, deliverables, and approvals. Proactively follow up with clients and licensees on outstanding submissions, especially regarding contractual sample obligations. Project & Asset
• Management
• Create, update, and manage detailed product development trackers to ensure visibility of project timelines, milestones, and approvals.
• Build and refine product development presentation decks for internal reviews and partner meetings. Organize and upload brand assets within internal systems, including managing user access, setting up system notifications, and collaborating with the Digital Asset
• Manager to ensure consistency. Ensure all digital assets are properly formatted (e.g., creating PDFs when unavailable), visually represented with accurate thumbnails, and logically organized for licensee usability. Market Research & Strategic Analysis
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitive products to identify opportunities and deliver actionable insights to support strategic planning.
• Collaborate with account leads to develop strategies for program growth, including expansion into new categories and markets and deepening existing relationships.
• Support preparation and execution of annual and semi-annual business reviews with licensing partners, ensuring all programs are performing in line with expectations and financial goals. You Have These: 3-5+ years of • experience in consulting, project / client management, brand management or business development. Great customer service orientation and account management skills – professional, resourceful, pro-active, and helpful Creative and technical skills to create InDesign/PowerPoint presentations that incorporate a variety of visuals/creative assets and content for brand updates and sales materials • Strong project management skills with ability to work under pressure Resourceful Self-starter with a strategic and operational approach Must have the ability to work independently and in a team setting Ability to achieve results and complete assignments in a timely manner Highly organized with strong follow-through and time management skills Excellent attention to detail Excellent oral and written communications skills – must be willing to be an active and vocal contributor to the team / business WME Group is at the center of sports, media, entertainment, and fashion and is a largely relationship-based business. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience.

The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
