• Management Team and is responsible for leading the end-to-end product creation process for Kids TEES Apparel. This role sits at the center of one of the largest and most dynamic areas of the Kids business—driving seasonal product excellence, operational rigor, and consumer-relevant product storytelling across graphics, fit, materials, and construction. The Kids TEES business is a key growth driver within Kids Sportswear, requiring a leader who can manage complexity at scale while balancing speed, creativity, and commercial impact.

• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a highly collaborative environment.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote, Excel, Airtable, and collaborative tools such as Miro. Passion for kids consumer trends, sport culture, and the intersection of style and performance.
