The Manager, Salesforce & Business Systems serves as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the Corporate Partnerships Salesforce ecosystem, business applications, and data infrastructure.

This role is responsible for supporting system strategy, platform enhancements, data governance, reporting capabilities, and process automation that support revenue generation and operational efficiency.

Serving as a key resource between business stakeholders, technology teams and external partners, the Manager will design and implement scalable solutions that improve data quality, reporting, workflow efficiency, and decision-making across the Corporate Partnerships organization.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Management, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, CRM management, business systems, or related technology roles.

Strong understanding of Salesforce administration, security, workflows, reporting, dashboards and automation tools.

Experience with data management, ETL processes, database structures and data governance best practices.

Experience supporting business intelligence and reporting platforms, including Tableau or similar tools.

Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business solutions.

Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with SQL, relational databases and data warehouse environments.

Experience with Salesforce integrations and API-based solutions and / or Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Platform App Builder certification preferred.

Experience supporting large-scale CRM implementations or system migrations preferred.

Experience supporting sales, sponsorship, business development or revenue-generating organizations preferred.

Responsibilities Serve as the primary owner, administrator, and subject matter expert for the Corporate Partnerships Salesforce environment.

Support Salesforce adoption, user engagement and platform best practices across the Corporate Partnerships organization.

Manage the design, development, implementation and ongoing optimization of Salesforce functionality, workflows, automations and integrations.

Evaluate, recommend and implement system enhancements that improve user adoption, efficiency and business outcomes.

Manage the underlying data architecture supporting Corporate Partnerships operations, reporting and analytics.

Lead data migration, mapping, validation and quality assurance efforts for system implementations and enhancements.

Optimize data structures, relationships and workflows to support automation and scalable reporting solutions.

Support the evolution of Tableau and business intelligence platforms, including improved data connections and reporting architecture.

Ensure consistency and reliability of data across reporting systems and business applications.

Serve as the primary point of contact between Corporate Partnerships, Technology, Data & Analytics teams and external vendors regarding Salesforce and business systems initiatives.

Lead user acceptance testing, validation and deployment activities for system enhancements and integrations.

Support development of documentation, training materials and user support resources that promote effective use of Salesforce and related business systems.

Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement, automation and operational efficiency.
