ABOUT THE ROLE

The Manager of Social Media and Content will oversee the development, implementation, and management of all social + connected platform branding strategies and initiatives for Peloton. You will be critical in driving brand awareness, engagement, and affinity through various social + connected platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating inspiring content, an understanding of social media trends/algorithms, and producing social-first content. 

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

  • Lead the creation and production of dynamic and visually stunning social media content, including copy, graphics, and video
  • Develop and implement innovative and exciting social media and content strategies that captivate audiences and drive engagement 
  • Stay ahead of the curve with social media trends, emerging platforms, and algorithm changes to ensure maximum reach and impact
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop truly integrated campaigns that cut through the noise and deliver results
  • Inspire and motivate a team of social media and content creators to produce their best work, providing guidance, feedback, and support
  • Analyze and report on social media metrics to optimize campaigns and deliver exceptional results 
  • Work with the Creator/Influencer, Talent and Instructor teams, and other key players in the social media and content space to expand our reach and drive even greater impact
  • Develop a comprehensive framework for measuring the success of social media and its impact on the business
  • Support social/editorial calendar with content across platforms
  • Manage production budgets
  • Create structure and process to manage social-first GTM strategies
  • Maintain meaningful, trust-based working relationships 

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

  • 4+ years of integrated media experience (digital and offline)
  • Analytical mentality and ability to identify data-driven insights
  • High level of proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent project management skills with strong attention to detail, bias for action, and organization 
  • Comfort operating independently in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes. Our base salary is just one component of Peloton’s competitive total rewards strategy that also includes annual equity awards and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan as well as other region-specific health and welfare benefits.

Base Salary Range
$88,600$115,200 USD
