​​About the Role:

As the Center of Excellence (CoE) Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for driving process improvements and optimizations across various sourcing functions, including RX Sourcing, CAPEX Sourcing, and Packaging Sourcing. The COE Sourcing Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our sourcing strategies, monitor performance, facilitate RFx events, and track progress towards team and organizational goals. You Will:

  • Process Improvement and Optimization: Lead initiatives on improved sourcing processes, and building best practices throughout the broader team.

  • Performance tracking: Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sourcing performance, aligning our activities with the overall business objectives.

  • Collaboration and Support: Providing sourcing expertise and process support to the stakeholders and customers across the organization, ensuring alignment between sourcing strategies and overall business objectives.

  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise as a primary point of contact with internal stakeholders regarding process improvement, and ensuring buy-in at all levels of the organization.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement tools, techniques, and methodologies that enhance sourcing efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Data Driven Decision Making: Analyze sourcing data and trends to uncover opportunities for improvement and recommend actionable insights to leadership.

  • Training and Development: Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance team capabilities and standardize best practices across the broader sourcing team.

  • Reporting: Develop regular progress reports to track the success of process improvements and highlight areas for further attention.

You Have:

  • 5 years of sourcing or procurement, with a proven track record in process optimization and driving efficiencies. 

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent years of Business Management, Supply Chain Management or a related field. Certifications such as CPSM or CIPS are preferred.

  • Process Improvement Skills: Strong experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g Lean, Six Sigma) and a demonstrated ability to implement successful changes.

  • Analytical Skills: Excellent ability to analyze data, derive insights and make data driven decisions.

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with various stakeholders.

  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage projects simultaneously.

  • Attention to detail: Ability to track and report on multiple KPI’s and ensure alignment with both short-term and long-term sourcing initiatives. 

  • Experience in pharmaceutical environments is a plus, but not required.

  • Knowledge of ERP systems, sourcing software, and supplier management platforms is a plus.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced constantly evolving environment. 

  • Up to 35% travel

Conditions of Employment: 

  • This position will require working with Hazardous Drugs (HD) and would require that Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) be worn for the length of working with these drugs. These items would include gloves, respiratory protection, gown and other items as required.

  • This position requires medical approval to wear respiratory protection in the form of negative or positive pressure respirators, including N95, full face respirator, SCBA, or Powered Air Purifying Respirator (PAPR).

  • Physical exertion required. Including, but not limited to, walking up to 50% of the time, standing up to 100% of the time, squatting and bending up to 20% of the time and lifting up to 80% of the time for up to a twelve hour shift. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.

  • Due to the risk of reproductive capability in handling or compounding certain Hazardous Drugs (HD) associates must be willing to confirm that they understand the potential risks (teratogenicity, carcinogenicity and reproductive effects) of handling hazardous drugs.
