About the Role

The Managing Director of KTO Digital will lead the development and execution of KTO's global digital marketing strategy across all regulated markets. This senior leadership role encompasses ownership of performance marketing, SEO, paid media, affiliate partnerships, programmatic advertising, and customer retention initiatives.
As the strategic architect of KTO's digital growth engine, you will drive measurable ROI, expand brand visibility, and build sustainable competitive advantages in an evolving regulatory landscape

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute KTO's global digital marketing strategy in alignment with corporate growth objectives and market-specific requirements
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing cross-functional team spanning SEO, paid media, affiliate marketing, programmatic, and digital analytics
  • Monitor competitive landscape, emerging technologies, and industry trends to maintain KTO's position as a digital acquisition leader
  • Partner with C-suite and regional leadership to align digital strategy with broader business priorities
  • Drive multi-channel paid acquisition strategies across search, social, display, and programmatic platforms
  • Optimize customer acquisition economics, balancing CAC efficiency with LTV maximization
  • Implement sophisticated attribution modeling and performance measurement frameworks
  • Scale campaigns profitably across multiple regulated markets while maintaining brand consistency
  • Own long-term organic search strategy, ensuring market-leading visibility for priority keywords across all active jurisdictions
  • Drive technical SEO excellence in collaboration with product and engineering teams
  • Partner with content teams to build authoritative, conversion-optimized digital experiences
  • Design and execute affiliate acquisition strategy, building a diverse portfolio of high- value partnerships
  • Cultivate relationships with tier-1 affiliate networks, publishers, content creators, and influencers
  • Lead commercial negotiations while ensuring full regulatory compliance and brand safety
  • Develop innovative partnership models that drive quality user acquisition
  • Leverage programmatic platforms and advanced audience segmentation to deliver personalized campaigns at scale
  • Build sophisticated retargeting and CRM strategies that drive engagement and reduce churn
  • Optimize media buying efficiency through data-driven insights and continuous testing
  • Establish a data-driven culture with clear accountability for all digital marketing investments
  • Design comprehensive reporting frameworks tracking CAC, ROI, LTV, retention, and churn metrics
  • Collaborate with BI and product teams to unlock actionable insights from marketing data
  • Drive continuous optimization through rigorous testing and performance analysis
  • Ensure all digital activities adhere to responsible gambling practices and jurisdiction- specific regulatory requirements
  • Maintain brand integrity across all channels, balancing aggressive growth with trust and reputation management
  • Partner with legal and compliance teams to navigate evolving regulatory frameworks

  • Required Qualifications & Experience
  • 10+ years of progressive digital marketing leadership, with proven success scaling multi- channel acquisition in performance-driven environments
  • Significant experience in iGaming, sports betting, fintech, or similarly regulated digital industries
  • Demonstrated track record managing annual digital budgets of €10M+ with measurable ROI
  • Deep expertise across SEO, paid media (Google Ads, Meta, programmatic), and affiliate marketing
  • Strong command of analytics platforms (GA4, attribution tools) and martech stack optimization
  • Experience managing and developing senior marketing leaders and cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to influence C-level stakeholders and drive strategic alignment
