Nielsen is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to serve as the vital link between our field operations and the office. In this role, you will ensure that the install and maintenance procedures performed in homes meet our gold-standard quality requirements. As a key member of our team, you’ll be responsible for identifying and correcting faults that affect the performance of our sample households, maintaining high data integrity across our proprietary systems.

• Perform precise input of household information, demographic changes, and contextual comments with a goal of zero errors.
• Be accountable for the thorough completion of maintenance visits to ensure Nielsen equipment remains functional and relevant.
• Update equipment status and record site changes using specialized Nielsen software.
• Maintain an organized audit trail by recording and filing Line Test Forms and Visit Checklists after every shift.
• Work closely with Field Operations and Support Departments to troubleshoot and resolve household issues efficiently.
• Maintain a flexible approach by assisting with ad-hoc tasks like inventory management, equipment setup/breakdown, and basic hardware/software updates.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to speak and write fluently in both English and Spanish.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets) and a solid grasp of computer software.
• Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Strong clerical knowledge, including filing and record-keeping.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
