As a Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the State Marketing Manager in the daily activities of KTO State Marketing department, ensuring that tasks are completed within the set deadlines. You will organize meetings, manage meeting minutes and schedules, and represent the Marketing Manager in meetings when necessary. For smaller projects, you will have the autonomy to make decisions, always aligned with the company’s strategy. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and a good communicator, eager to learn and develop their skills in a dynamic marketing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the State Marketing Manager in executing daily tasks and tracking projects.
  • Organize and maintain schedules, prepare, and distribute meeting minutes.
  • Represent the Marketing Manager in internal and external meetings when necessary.
  • Manage internal communications for the marketing department, ensuring clarity and alignment of information.
  • Track the progress of campaigns and projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with different teams to ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Make decisions and manage smaller projects under the supervision of the Marketing Manager.
  • Assist in creating reports and presentations for the marketing team and executive leadership.

  • Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a degree or specialization in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, in both Portuguese and English.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and project management.
  • Proactivity and initiative in solving problems and improving processes.
  • Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
  • Preferred: Previous experience in an internship or job in the marketing field.

    - Members of the administrative or supervisory body of entities responsible for organizing competitions or sporting events;
    - Athletes participating in competitions organized by entities within the National Sports System;
    Individuals diagnosed with gambling addiction, according to a diagnosis from a qualified mental health professional.
