Healthie is hiring an exceptional Community and Events Manager to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will lead the growth and engagement of our dynamic community. Specifically, you will own  the planning and execution of conferences & events, host webinars and customer summits, and build like-minded communities within Healthie’s diverse base of platform customers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and can  manage complex event logistics, is a natural at building inclusive communities, and ties Healthie’s brand voice into everything they do. This role reports directly to the Director of Marketing. 

Responsibilities: What you’ll be doing and held accountable for:

Own & Execute on Healthie’s Participation in Industry Conferences & Events

  • Own Healthie’s Conferences & Events Calendar, which includes industry trade shows, conferences, intimate summits, and Healthie-hosted events 
  • Manage end-to-end execution of events, including registration, booth setup, logistics, and sponsorships.
  • Coordinate speakers, panelists, and sponsors, as well as manage technical aspects such as live streaming, recording, or platform support for virtual events.
  • Oversee the creation of event materials (booth designs, presentations, marketing collateral, and swag).
  • Create detailed event plans, including objectives, key messages, target audience, and KPIs.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful and cost-effective event delivery.

Organize Healthie’s Webinars & Online Summits

  • Plan and host Healthie’s webinars and virtual summits, managing all aspects from speaker outreach to technical setup, promotion, and post-event follow-up.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and integration partners to execute educational and engaging webinars that highlight key industry trends, product features, and partner solutions.
  • Ensure a smooth attendee experience, overseeing logistics such as registration, reminders, platform setup, and post-event surveys or recordings.
  • Measure and report on event success using KPIs like attendee engagement, lead generation, and customer feedback to continuously improve future webinars and summits

Build Developer and Clinician Communities

  • Develop and execute community-building initiatives to engage developers, clinicians, and industry stakeholders, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing..
  • Leverage Healthie’s content library (webinars, technical guides, blogs, social media) to spark community interaction and promote thought leadership among developers and clinicians.
  • Organize and participate in online and offline events, including roundtables, technical forums, webinars, and summits tailored to both developer and clinician communities.
  • Gather and incorporate community feedback to inform marketing initiatives, improve product offerings, and enhance the overall platform experience.

Qualifications: What we expect from you:

  • You have a track record of success: 5+ years of experience in event marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology.
  • You thrive working across multiple projects: Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have a keen eye for event experiences: Proven experience managing complex event logistics and multi-event calendars, including creating awesome event experiences.

Logistics

Location: New York, NY:  this is a hybrid position

This is a full-time position.

U.S. work authorization is required, Healthie does not provide sponsorship.

The base compensation for this role is $80,000-$100,000 per year + equity, annual company bonus, and benefits.

The target salary range for this position is part of a competitive total rewards package. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.

Part 1: Compensation and Rewards:

  • Base Salary: A competitive salary in line with your experience & industry standards. Our People & Finance teams benchmark all salaries using Pave. Pave provides real-time data and compensation management workflows that enable us to make fair and defensible compensation decisions.
  • Stock options: In addition to competitive and benchmarked salary, Healthie offers equity with a traditional 4 year vesting schedule, and a one year cliff.
  • Company-wide, performance bonus: We offer employees an annual company-performance basis according to our revenue goals. If Healthie succeeds, you succeed. 
  • Retirement Planning: Employer sponsored 401(k) match of up to 4% 
  • Commuter Benefits: Use pre-tax dollars that are deducted directly from your paycheck, so you can get to work with a little less effort.

Part 2: Health and Wellness for you and your family: 

  • Medical, Dental, Vision: benefits start on the first day of the month following your start date. Healthie provides $520./ per month stipend toward your healthcare premiums which fully covers most plan options for the employee and part of the dependents premium. HSA and FSA plans available.
  • One Medical: You and your dependents also receive an individual One Medical account which is valued at $199/year per user (available in select locations)
  • Nutritional Care: Access to Nutritional Coaching through one of our nutritional care partners

Interview Process

Application – As part of the application submission process, you’ll be asked to include a portfolio or case study highlighting your experience in organizing and executing successful events or building and managing online communities. This should showcase your ability to engage diverse audiences, manage event logistics, or foster community growth.

  • Round 1: Preliminary Interview - 15 minutes (Director of Talent)
  • Round 2: Hiring Manager Interview - 20 minutes (Director of Marketing)
  • Round 3: Group Presentation Interview - 45 minutes (Director of Marketing, Chief of Staff, COO); Candidates will be asked to present a portfolio showcasing their past experience related to the three core responsibilities of this role.
  • Round 4: Executive Interview - 20 minutes (CEO)
