Opportunity for Impact

Mantra Health is seeking a Marketing Intern to join our mission-driven team for the summer. This role is ideal for a student or early-career professional eager to learn the ins and outs of marketing at a growing mental health company. You’ll gain hands-on experience supporting content development and production, email campaigns, events, social media, and analytics. 

What You’ll Do

• Assist with the development and execution of email, social, and campaign content
• Support planning and logistics for virtual and in-person events
• Help maintain campaign tracking and reporting in HubSpot
• Research industry trends and assist in marketing material development
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions

Who You Are 

We’re looking for someone who is eager to learn, passionate about the work we do, and ready to make an impact from day one. The ideal candidate is:

• A rising senior, or recent graduate studying Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
• Deeply interested in mental health, higher education, or digital marketing
• Organized, proactive, and curious — you’re the type who jumps in and figures things out
• Comfortable navigating a fast-paced, startup-like environment where no two days are the same
• Excellent writing, research, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with platforms like Google Workplace, Excel, Figma, and Canva
• Excited to work in a collaborative, mission-driven environment

Compensation 

This is a paid internship 40hrs p/week

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 hourly
