We are seeking a pro a Marketing Partnerships Coordinator to join our team and support the effective management of high-value Partners for the Australian Open. Note - This role is a max term contract for immediate start through to the 31 March 2026. Please include your start date availability in your application.

About the role As a Marketing Partnerships Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the successful execution of partnerships across Tennis Australia's events and programs. This role involves working closely with both internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth delivery of contractual obligations, activations, and reporting, helping to strengthen relationships and maximise the value of our partnerships. Support the effective management of a portfolio of high-value partners by coordinating partnership deliverables to drive sustainable revenue growth Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure mutually beneficial partnership outcomes for both partners and Tennis Australia Assist in delivering contractual and financial processes for partner involvement across all Tennis Australia events Support the implementation of partnership activations, including venue signage, ticketing & hospitality, and promotional collateral Manage expenditure budgets for nominated partners, including cost-of-servicing (COS) tracking and reporting Assist in delivering post-event reports and partner plans, ensuring all partnership opportunities are fully explored About you To be successful in this role you will: Proven experience in partnerships, sponsorships, or a related field Strong understanding of brand equity and experience implementing brand guidelines Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and work collaboratively across teams High-level organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Sports Management, Marketing, or similar (desirable) Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check Preparedness to be flexible regarding working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia What’s to love?
