<div>As WHOOP expands its global footprint, we are hiring a Marketplaces Lead to accelerate marketplace growth in the UK and EU.

This individual will serve as a key regional marketing owner, responsible for executing digital campaigns, optimizing marketplace presence, and partnering cross-functionally to deliver performance across e-commerce platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• </b></br>
• <li>Own regional marketing strategy and execution for key marketplaces across the UK and EU</li>
• <li>Localize global campaigns, manage media budgets, and collaborate with the Brand team to ensure creative relevance, cultural resonance, and compliance with marketplace standards</li>
• <li>Manage and optimize marketplace presence, including product detail pages (PDPs), brand stores, and merchandising strategies to maximize visibility and conversion</li>
• <li>Monitor customer reviews, ratings, and feedback to drive continuous improvement in brand perception and engagement</li>
• <li>Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across search and display to achieve performance and efficiency goals</li>
• <li>Serve as the primary liaison for marketplace partners, distributors, and agencies, ensuring brand consistency and flawless execution</li>
• <li>Analyze marketing performance and marketplace trends, providing actionable insights to enhance conversion, engagement, and ROI</li>
• <li>Evaluate and develop new marketplace opportunities in collaboration with Sales to expand WHOOP’s regional footprint</li>

QUALIFICATIONS

• </b></br>
• <li>5-8 years of experience in digital or performance marketing within Amazon, e-commerce, retail, or consumer marketing</li>
• <li>Demonstrated success managing campaigns and product visibility across Amazon or comparable marketplaces</li>
• <li>Experience operating in multi-country, cross-functional environments, ideally within the UK and EU&nbsp;</li>
• <li>Strong project management and executional skills, with attention to detail and a data-driven mindset</li>
• <li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with comfort aligning regional and global priorities</li>
• <li>Proficiency in using performance metrics to inform campaign optimization</li>
• <li>Fluency in additional European languages</li>
• <li>Passion for fitness, health, and technology</li>
• <li>Willingness to travel regionally up to 15%</li>
