Media Designer (m/f/d) at Kinexon

Job Description

This position offers the opportunity to play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of KINEXON industries through creative graphic design and video production, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and external partners.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Graphic Design:

Creation of various graphical assets adhering to brand guidelines
Management and evolvement of brand guidelines for KINEXON industries, ensuring a stringent look & feel
Coordination, briefing and management of creative agencies and other external support as needed
Development of brand imagery for our website and other collaterals including AI generated graphics, edited stock images, iconography, illustrations, diagrams, and infographics
Design of case studies, whitepapers, commercial one/two pagers, and flyers for different industries and products
Enhancement of visual presentations such as pitch decks and keynote presentations
Design of social media assets including images, gifs, and animations for organic posts on LinkedIn, as well as visuals for paid ads
Support with booth design for physical events and stage design for virtual events

Video Production:

Production of short product and demo videos including recording, cutting, and editing
Creation of image/brand videos that effectively convey the brand message and identity
Assistance in recording and editing on-demand event formats such as webinars or webcasts

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design, brand management, and video creation
Strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills
Output-oriented mindset with a proactive "can-do" attitude
Proficient in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas
Located in or around Munich with the flexibility to work in the office when needed for brainstorming sessions
Experience in coordinating with external creative agencies is a plus
