Neko has developed a new medical scanning technology concept to make it possible to provide broad and non-invasive health data collection that is both convenient and affordable for the public. This requires completely reimagining the healthcare experience and incorporating the latest advances in technology. 

About the Role:

As a Medical Assistant, you’ll be the welcoming face of our clinics and a key contributor to our preventive care model. You will guide patients through their visit, perform high quality clinical assessments, support diagnostic procedures, and help maintain an exceptional member experience. This role blends clinical skill, hospitality, precision, and teamwork — ideal for individuals energized by patient interaction and excited about innovative health technology.

Responsibilities:

Welcome, assist, and guide patients throughout their visit.

Perform vital signs, grip strength, eye pressure, ECGs, and point‑of‑care tests.

Perform phlebotomy with precision.

Maintain exam rooms and uphold infection‑control standards.

Update patient records and manage documentation.

Contribute to continuous improvements.

Work closely with other operators and clinical staff.

Qualifications:

1+ years of experience in healthcare or hospitality.

CMA and/or Phlebotomy certification

Strong customer‑service orientation.

High attention to detail and comfort with new technology.

A compassionate, patient‑first mindset.
