What you’ll doBuild, manage, and segment a territory KOL plan (concierge, functional, integrative, and specialty practices; academic and community systems).Deliver fair-balanced, compliant scientific exchanges; lead 1:1 and small-group education (journal clubs, grand rounds, workshops).Support clinical evidence generation (site feasibility, investigator engagement, advisory boards, data/insight capture).Partner with Product, Clinical, and Commercial to translate field insights into roadmap/priorities and educational assets.Provide medical presence at conferences; staff scientific booths and symposia.Respond to unsolicited medical inquiries; triage to Medical/Regulatory when needed.Train internal teams on clinical utility, indications/limitations, and emerging literature.What you bringAdvanced degree strongly preferred (MD, DO, PharmD, PhD, MS in life sciences).3–7+ years in an MSL or field medical role (molecular diagnostics, LDTs, genomics, oncology, GI, preventive medicine a plus).Proven KOL development; strong presentation and literature appraisal skills.Deep compliance mindset (FDA, OIG, HIPAA; promo vs. non-promo boundaries).Ability to travel 50–70% (peaks around conferences).Nice to have:
