REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS

 

The Seasonal Associate will report to Senior Merchandise Manager and various members of the Merchandise Department

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

 

• Work with Eagles merchandise operations department on various aspects of the Eagles stadium merchandise stores/stands

• Outbound shipping and inbound shipment receiving by inputting quality control standards and interpreting purchase orders
• Work with inventory management software
• Problem solve inventory errors such as item pricing or purchase order discrepancies
• Maintain warehouse organization by stocking shelves and managing all merchandise with appropriate care

• Analyze inventory levels in warehouse and stadium locations to maintain quantities needed to achieve sales goals by coordinating product movement. This includes conducting regular cycle counts and inventory reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Assist Eagles buying staff with merchandise planning, selection, and vendor follow up.
• Work with buying staff to create items in Merchandise Tracking System including item descriptions and images.
• Create, manage, and track vendor purchase orders
• Assist with Eagles Pro Shop operations including merchandising sales floors and inventory stocking
• Assist with retail operation at Training Camp and pop-up events
• Learn retail store operations at Lincoln Financial Field, Cherry Pro Shop, Plymouth Meeting Pro Shop and Rockvale Pro Shop

• Be willing to take an active role wherever help is needed.

• Contribute to merchandise sales and operation for all events at Lincoln Financial Field by learning the life cycle of hot market selling during concerts
• Assisting the Eagles Autism Foundation with picking, packing and shipping online orders.
• Preparing/organizing merchandise for game days, special events, transporting items to stadium stands, and assisting with setup/breakdown.
• Receiving, unpacking and organizing transfers from other Eagles Pro Shops. Assist with unloading and loading vehicles.
• Operate warehouse equipment and vehicles safely.

Qualifications

 

• Must be a recent or upcoming graduate who has completed within the previous eighteen months, a technical, associate, bachelors, or graduate degree (eligible graduation years 2025-2026) or an individual that has been discharged from the military within the last 18 months (2025-2026). 

• Excellent organizational, planning, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to prioritize multiple projects.
• Prior warehouse or retail experience preferred 
• Flexible to work long hours and a non-traditional schedule, including weekends, nights and some holidays
• Valid Driver’s License
• Able to safely lift boxes heavy boxes
•  Standing or sitting for extended periods of time and frequent climbing of stairs
• Be able to work in all weather conditions (Hot, Cold, Rain, Snow)
