OVERVIEW

Are you ready to be at the heart of Alo's excellence? Join us as a Merchandise Intern and dive into the exciting world of fashion! In this role, you’ll manage samples, prepare for photoshoots, and get hands on experience in Merchandising 101.  

The Alo internship programs starts June 10th and ends August 2nd. Interns will be working 40 hours a week at our Beverly Hills HQ. 

RESPONSIBILTIES

  • Organize and manage samples for multiple seasons and categories.
  • Keep the merchandise room in top shape and manage check-out/check-in systems.
  • Coordinate sample availability for key meetings and shoots.
  • Communicate differences between SMS and production to cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with the technical design team for sample borrowing.
  • Organize/pack samples for photoshoots and assist on-site.
  • Reorganize samples daily according to the shot list.
  • Ensure models are dressed properly and ready for shots.
  • Create shot list book and ensure alignment with samples.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Fashion Merchandise or a related field
  • Effective time management and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and operational skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
  • Proficiency in Illustrator CAD work and Excel.
  • Must be able to lift 25lbs and work in a fast past environment.
