We are hiring a Mid Product Designer to our Yoga (Design System) team in Brazil!

You will provide exceptional execution of deliverables including component modeling for the design system, design system documentation, product maps, wireframes, storyboards, and prototypes. You must be comfortable with an agile approach to design, with an emphasis on user testing and rapid iteration in an incredibly collaborative environment.


  • Create, manage, and document components in the ecosystem of our multi-platform design system (mobile/desktop); 
  • Be responsible for the quality standard of our interfaces, following and guiding the UX design team in their solutions;
  • Establish effective and recurring communication with the front-end development team to assist and guide the process of creating and managing components; 
  • Be an evangelizer of the design system at different levels of the organization;
  • Be involved in product business discussions, bringing insight and inputs related to our design system; 
  • Questioning existing design standards, aiming to bring improvements and raise the bar of our team in terms of UI and design system quality;
  • Conduct research and usability tests to evaluate components and solutions directly connected to our design system; 
  • Be at the forefront of Figma innovations and be constantly updated on best design practices for design systems;
  • Find opportunities to design and validate solutions for our design system based on user behavior and needs.


  • A person who clearly aligns with our culture and work dynamics, not only capable of thriving in it but also helping Gympass to remain bold, young, and in constant expansion;
  • Experience with successful professional design experience, preferably at Technology Startup companies;
  • Minimum experience of a project related to design system documentation and evolution;
  • Constantly be a student of design systems, updating yourself with new market practices and improving tools (Figma) and processes;
  • Open to learning and contributing daily to the continuous and constant flow of changes that defines our business;
  • Knowledge or experience with designing and setting up user testing and research studies related to design systems;
  • Knowledge of user experience processes, service design, and information architecture;
  • Must be proactive, can think outside of the box, and hands-on profile, to fit with our start-up culture;
  • Excellent communication skills are a must, you need to be able to articulate ideas clearly when speaking to groups in Portuguese and English;
  • Experience and interest in continuous learning Figma's new features;
  • A consistently driven designer with scalability concepts well set in mind;
  • A product designer is open and flexible to create a good relationship with other product designers and front-end developers.
