Wargaming is looking for a Monetization Designer to work on World of Warships in our brand-new Belgrade office.

World of Warships is the best naval game around, letting you take the command of legendary warships from the period of the 20th century as you battle your way across the open sea with other players.

The project is driven by a team of international developers who combine talent with their passion for video games, resulting in World of Warships being a favorite hobby for millions all around the globe with keeping its community ever-growing!

Reports to

Monetization & Game Economy Team Lead

What will you do?

• Development and design of in-game events
• Facilitation of communication between departments
• Support of the game as a live ops service
• Planning, execution, and evaluation of monetization strategies
• Collaboration with the live ops manager, economy managers, and game analysts to ensure long-term success and improvement of gaming experience.

What are we looking for?

• Experience in live ops and IT projects (business analyst, analyst, project manager, product manager)
• Deep knowledge of monetization in gaming projects and free-to-play models
• Good understanding of mathematics and basic principles of gaming economics
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on metrics and decision-making
• Constant search for new experiments and productivity improvement based on data
• Willingness to take risks, learn, and share experiences
• Clear and understandable expression of thoughts in documentation
• Readiness for extensive documentation work.
