Job Overview

Wargaming is looking for а Monetization Designer (Live Operations Team) to work on World of Warships in our brand-new Belgrade office.

The Live Operations (Live Ops) Team has a goal to manage and operate the game as a live service. The team regularly updates the game with new content, promotions, in-game events, and improvements to make the player experience better.

What will you do?

Maintain complex in-game systems (Store, Notifications, and Missions) using operation tools;
Come up with new monetization mechanics;
Perform short- and medium-term planning of special events, sales, promotions, discounts;
Partner with the analytics team to perform data analysis and conduct experiments to improve project metrics.

What are we looking for?

Understanding of the online gaming industry, including trends and monetization models;
Experience in the game design field;
Excel skills;
Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities;
Intermediate English or higher;
Readiness for full-time office work.
