We are seeking an experienced Monetization Manager within the gaming industry, ideally on PC and console live titles. The ideal candidate combines strong LiveOps expertise and data-driven decision-making with a player-first mindset. They excel at designing and refining long-term monetization frameworks, running in-depth analyses and A/B tests, and monitoring market trends. With excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills, they balance business goals with player satisfaction, creating sustainable systems that enhance both the in-game store experience and the overall health of the game.

What will you do?

• Create and execute effective long term monetization strategies that are profitable and fair to players.
• Prioritize the player experience, ensuring that monetization efforts enhance rather than undermine the core experience and longevity of the game.
• Use qualitative and quantitative data, as well as in depth analysis and A/B tests, to assess our monetization strategies and operations to bring continuous refinements. 
• Monitor market monetization trends and insights to track and measure our performance and identify new opportunities and threats.
• Develop and introduce new features and tools to optimize our monetization framework and provide value to players.
• Keep a clear vision of the balance between the need for revenue generation with the long-term health and player satisfaction.
• Optimize player experience within the in-game store as well as on first party stores.
• Work closely with production and creative teams to maintain strong communication flows and clear knowledge of ongoing and future development.

What are we looking for?

• 5+ years of proven experience in a Monetization role within the gaming industry.
• A strong experience working on PC and consoles live games.
• Practical experience solving challenges across all stages of the product lifecycle.
• Deep understanding of LiveOps workflows and industry best practices.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable product strategies.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset and ability to work across cross-functional teams.
• Passion for games - especially MMOs and live games - and a solid grasp of player behaviors and motivations.

• Hybrid (4 days of work from the office)
