Job Description

ABOUT US:

MTS Service Delivery Managers are a crucial link between the Bookmaker and several internal teams (colleagues from sales, account management, client integration, product/engineering...), always making sure that the client is progressing through the onboarding pipeline, has all the needed information, accesses and tools, to allow the a quick and successful launch to production.

 

THE CHALLENGE:

Due to extensive product growth, we require a new Service Delivery Manager to be responsible for guiding new and existing customers through technical integration and ongoing support processes of our MTS Platform.

 

  • Coordination of Client integration activities: technical integration, preparation for technical launch and start of operations.

  • Resolve challenges and business or operational queries from the technical client Integration teams.

  • Follow/maintain the Client Integration pipeline in collaboration with MMS Internal stakeholders.

  • Initiate technical integration, coordination and planning of kick-off calls with clients, platform providers, Sportradar Sales, and other relevant stakeholders.

  • Synchronize status of Client integration with Sportradar Customer Care Unit.

  • Plan all Operator launches within Production.

  • Complete data quality checks relating to Client Integration pipeline.

  • Assist the Digital Marketing Manager and Business Development units with any operational issues.

  • Other duties as assigned.

 

ABOUT YOU:

  • 3-4 years of demonstrated experience in a Service Delivery and/or Sales Engineering role, in a highly complex environment.

  • Good understanding of Software development life cycles, methodologies, and Project Management.

  • Passionate about sports.

  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken), additional languages considered a bonus.

  • Self-motivated, with strong time management and organizational skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, and ability to effectively and proactively identify and analyses problems and find appropriate solutions.

  • Collaborative team player, ability to work well with others and have the confidence and integrity to earn internal team’s confidence quickly.

  • Creative & inquisitive thinker, keen to further refine systems and processes.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities as well as product environments, and ability to meet strict deadlines.

Nice to have skills:

  • Experience working in a global, multilingual organization.

  • Willing to travel occasionally for client meetings, both domestically and internationally.
