We are looking for a driven Network Partnerships Ops Associate to assist in building and managing strong relationships with network partners. The Network Partnerships Ops Associate will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of network partner contracts, from outreach and onboarding to ongoing relationship management and performance analysis. To be successful in this role, you should be proactive and organised, as well as an excellent communicator who's able to earn our network partner’s trust.

Ultimately, you will aid in the operational excellence of network partners and the organisation of the network partner metrics.

• Build and manage relationships with network partners, proactively addressing their needs and concerns.
• Navigating end to end administrative processes related to setting up network partners such as email management, onboarding, invoicing.
• Maintain and update internal network partner documents & databases.
• Source potential network partners, coordinate introductory pitch meetings, and facilitate ongoing engagement with the Delivery Operations team.
• Oversee network partner contracts: renewals and new agreements.
• Maintain and analyse network partner performance data to ensure operational excellence.
• Liaise with other team members for alignment on repository & network partner related updates.
• Provide an excellent level of support with other teams.

Requirements

• 1-2 years proven work experience in Business operations, Sales operations or a similar role
• Familiarity with the healthcare/patient experience/EAP industry (a plus).
• Strong operational background, data management skills, and proficiency in maintaining spreadsheets and databases.
• Excellent English and communication skills, problem-solving skills & ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with G-Suite or relevant tools & software for managing data
• Multi-tasking abilities and Highly collaborative
