OVERVIEW:

We're growing our Operations teams and looking for an experienced and passionate Network Administrator! The successor will work closely with the Infrastructure Manager (within Network and Technical Support) to ensure that Gymshark’s global network infrastructure is working to its optimum capabilities to provide the best possible experience to businesses end users and customers. The position covers both traditional local and remote branch network architecture as well as cloud and “as a service” offerings across current and developing Gymshark properties. 

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Monitoring, triaging and resolving network related incidents
• Creating, owning and implementing modifications to network changes
• Identifying service improvements and address long term issues
• Proactive in patch management lifecycle
• Implementing and nurturing security containment at both network and services (DNS, NTP etc) level
• Collaborating with the wider security team to respond swiftly to vulnerability discovery or suspected attack mitigation
• Installing, configuring and troubleshooting network devices such as (including but not limited to) Security appliances, X as a service, Routers, Switches, Wireless, IoT and CCTV
• Assisting with compliance audits of assets 

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

Essential Criteria:

• ITIL Foundation Qualification
• CCNA or Network +
• Wireshark (Packet Capture Analysis)
• Wi-fi survey
• Stakeholder management
• Passion, knowledge and consider yourself as an expert in Networking 

WHAT YOU COULD ALSO HAVE:

• BSc Network & Security 

This is a hybrid role and would require the successful candidate to attend at least 3 days a week in GSHQ, Solihull, UK.
