As a core international market, NFL Canada focuses on fan recruitment and retention while supporting corporate partners in achieving their business objectives and fostering the growth of football. We are excited to introduce the 2025 Internship Program, aligned with our Inspire Change & Diversity Commitments. This unparalleled opportunity is focused on helping recent graduates gain valuable work experience and insights into the sports industry.
This full-time, paid internship runs for 12 months, from August 4, 2025, to July 31, 2026, based in our downtown Toronto office. In this role, you will contribute to various facets of the business, including (but not limited to) Marketing & Fan Development and Corporate Partnerships. Through hands-on project assignments, mentorship, and networking opportunities, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of the professional football industry. Applications must be submitted no later than May 1st, 2025.
Throughout your internship, we will ensure you have continuous development opportunities to help grow and improve your skills and to support you in your own personal growth.
This includes providing clear expectations through goal-setting and regular, constructive feedback; integrating learning opportunities into your daily work practices; and offering training programs including Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint, Presentation & Impact Skills and Recruitment & CV Workshops.
