OVERVIEW:
This role exists to deliver our NSO’s [new store openings] ensuring we show up consistently in our teams & community experience whilst being our cultural “north star”.
They are part of a core team that ensures our new stores open in line with our best practices; they support in recruiting, training & developing our new store teams, both pre, during & post store opening.
This role will be heavily focused on the onboarding, training and development of our new store teams; delivering content both IRL or online to ensure affective knowledge transfer supporting our new teams being NSO ready.
They’re responsible for being the Gymshark retail “ambassadors” to our new stores, utilizing their experience in NSO’s and supporting the teams to deliver successful store openings; on time & set up to achieve their KPI’s.
This role will be a 9-month FTC with the possibility to extend (subject to business) needs or return to store at the end of your placement.
