Role OverviewEternal is seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner (W2 employee) to support our primary care focused health program. This role is onsite in New York City at our Chelsea office for 20 hours per week and offers the opportunity to work directly with motivated, health-conscious individuals while helping to transform data into actionable strategies that optimize recovery, fueling, and long-term health.You will collaborate closely with the clinical team, leveraging your expertise to deliver precise, personalized care that supports athletic performance and longevity.Work in urgent care setting managing acute and subacute conditions (i.e. Upper Respiratory Infections, minor injuries, rashes)ResponsibilitiesDiagnostic and Treatment/Prescribing Skills: Assess, diagnosis, and treat Eternal membersDeliver Personalized Recommendations: Provide evidence-based insights that complement nutrition and performance strategies.Collaborate with Care Team: Partner with the care team to co-manage member cases and ensure integrated care.Enhance Clinical Systems: Contribute to the development of protocols, workflows, and member care pathways.Stay Informed: Remain current on sports medicine, biomarker research, and preventive health practices to deliver innovative, high-quality care.
