Position Summary:
Momentous is seeking a highly organized, proactive Office Manager to own the day-to-day operations of our office facilities while supporting people operations and cultural initiatives. This role is central to creating a welcoming, functional, and inspiring workplace—ensuring our physical environment, tools, and team moments reflect the quality and care behind the Momentous brand.
The Office Manager will manage office logistics end-to-end, from facilities and vendors to equipment and inventory, while partnering closely with People & Culture to support onboarding, offboarding, team events, and engagement. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in operational excellence and loves creating environments where teams can do their best work. The Office Manager will also help us to “own our backyard” by identifying and facilitating ways for Momentous to engage with the local community.
Responsibilities:
Office Facilities & Operations
- Own daily office operations to ensure a clean, functional, and well-stocked workplace.
- Monitor office supplies and order and restock stationary, furniture, appliances, electronics, snacks, Momentous product, cleaning supplies, etc., as needed.
- Oversee maintenance, cleaning, repairs, and general upkeep; source and coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Manage office layout, décor, furnishings, and design updates to ensure a cohesive and welcoming environment.
- Ensure all office AV systems (conference rooms, TVs, audio, presentation tools) are functional and supported.
- Order, set up, and coordinate technology equipment as needed (laptops, monitors, accessories) in partnership with IT.
- Manage shipping and logistics for the office including for VIP boxes.
- Create office operating procedures and guidelines for team members.
- Handle all necessary signage and internal office communications.
- Troubleshoot issues and emergencies as they arise.
- Solicit and incorporate team member input to create a collaborative and welcoming office environment.
Vendor & Budget Management
- Manage relationships with office vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Track invoices, budgets, and purchase orders related to office operations and facilities.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, cost savings, and vendor performance.
People Operations & Employee Experience
- Meet and greet recruiting candidates and coordinate the run of show during their visit.
- Coordinate new hires' onboarding and first day, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth integration on to the team.
- Administer Google Workspace and company app/platform access, including onboarding and offboarding of system users.
- Facilitate the offboarding process by assisting with the closure of email and technology accounts, and other administrative tasks.
- Support onboarding and offboarding of new team members, including: workspace setup, equipment coordination, welcome materials and office orientation.
- Plan and execute team events, team lunches, town halls, and in-office gatherings (including catering, accommodation, guest speakers, travel guidelines, activities, and gifts).
- Manage company swag, high performance programs, reward items, and employee recognition moments.
- Plan employee experience initiatives and support office-based engagement programs that reinforce Momentous’ culture and values.
- Plan and execute local community engagement events (community happy hours, workouts, lunch and learns, etc.)
- Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years of directly related experience.
- Proven ability to prioritize and reprioritize tasks based on a dynamic environment.
- Proficient with Google workspace, Excel, Microsoft office (Asana a plus).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to balance operations and implement strategic/innovative solutions.

This is a full-time, in-person position out of our Park City, UT office and requires quarterly travel.
