We are seeking an energetic, motivated person with a can-do attitude to join our team in Dublin as a part-time cleaner and service coordinator.
This role will report to the Operations Co-ordinator and will be 3 hours a day. Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities: Daily cleaning of the office space (kitchen area, 3 small meeting rooms, bathrooms, open desks area)Maintenance of office equipment, kitchen area, snacks, drinks and fridgesAssist the Operations Coordinator with post-collection, arranging collections and deliveries when neededAssist the Operations Coordinator in ordering office and cleaning suppliesAd hoc tasks such as packing gifting, and helping organise small office events for employees or clientsOverall office management The role details: The role is Monday to Friday, 3 hours/dayFlexible working hours availableThis is a 6 month Fixed-term contractAn exciting opportunity for the right candidate to grow in the facilities and office service role
