The Role You'll Play

  • Part-time role: 2 days per week (Tuesday & Thursday)
  • Location: Sydney, NSW

At Playlist, we're looking for a detail-oriented Office Manager who will be the heartbeat of our Sydney workplace, creating an exceptional environment that supports our team's ability to do their best work. In this pivotal part-time role, you'll be the guardian of our office experience, ensuring our workspace runs smoothly and supports our team's creativity and connection.

  • Orchestrate seamless office operations, managing mail, equipment logistics, and vendor interactions with precision and care
  • Curate an inviting workplace environment by maintaining clean, well-stocked spaces that inspire collaboration and comfort
  • Coordinate weekly team lunches and support employee experience initiatives that bring our team together
  • Manage office inventory and equipment with a keen eye for detail, preparing workspaces for team members
  • Serve as the primary onsite contact, bridging communication between teams, vendors, and building management
  • Handle building access management, ensuring smooth and secure entry for team members
  • Support local and international workplace needs with adaptability and proactive problem-solving
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere that reflects Playlist's vibrant and supportive culture

Experience You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in office management, workplace services, or administrative support
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-service oriented mindset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, and basic spreadsheet management
  • Comfort with light physical tasks and vendor coordination
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of workplace operations
  • Experience with office access systems or courier management is a plus
  • A passion for creating supportive, efficient work environments
