We are seeking an Office Manager Assistant who provides support in the day-to-day activities and tasks necessary for the smooth functioning of our office. Their responsibilities include a variety of administrative duties, such as managing office supplies, handling correspondence, organizing files, and assisting with general office operations.

RESPONSIBILITIESOversee day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring compliance with company policiesEnsure efficient office organizationOversee stock & inventoryManage the entire building, including maintenance (electrical, A/C, ventilation, security system)Supervise cleaning units and implement security systemsDeal with property-related issuesManage car insurances and other servicesAddress and resolve operational issues promptlyIdentify areas for improvement in office processes and implement enhancementsStay informed about industry trends and adapt office processes accordinglyProvide assistance to C-level executives and directorsHelp when needed in customs or other social servicesManage ordering items and addressing floor-related requestsAssist in human resources functions, including onboarding and employee relationsSupport HR with corporate events.REQUIREMENTSExperience in a similar position previouslyTechnical KnowledgeTrustworthyAbility to learn and use specific software relevant to the roleFlexibility to handle various tasks and adapt to changing prioritiesCapable of managing multiple tasks efficientlyProblem solvingPunctual & DependableStrong organizational and time-management skillsGood interpersonal skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsTakes initiativeLanguages: English & Greek (written & spoken).Do you have what it takes?
