We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and proactive Office Manager to join our buzzing Bratislava hub and become the heartbeat of our daily operations!
To succeed in the role, you will have:
Fluent command of both English and Ukrainian (written and spoken like a pro)
Slovak at A2 level or higher- enough to confidently navigate local conversations
Advanced Microsoft Office skills- you know your way around Excel formulas and Outlook calendars
At least 1 year of experience managing an office or back-office operations
A sharp eye for detail and strong organisational chops
A sense of responsibility, ownership, and the ability to make things happen
A knack for solving problems creatively, even the unexpected ones
Flexibility to occasionally support the team
A positive, team-first mindset and the ability to juggle tasks with grace
Preferred additional qualifications:
Stellar communication skills and a natural ability to support colleagues
Ability to keep your cool and stay efficient under pressure
A drive for continuous improvement - you’re always looking for ways to do it better
A talent for turning chaos into order (and enjoying it!)
The ability to stay one step ahead - planning, anticipating, and organising like a pro
What will you be doing?
Running the show when it comes to all things admin at our Bratislava office
Managing calendars, booking meetings and workshops like a scheduling ninja
Being the go-to support for colleagues - solving issues, answering questions, keeping the vibe smooth
Preparing and submitting official documents with accuracy and attention to detail
Creating internal communications and guides that are clear, helpful, and on-brand
Handling the office’s cash register tasks confidently
Booking travel and accommodation, arranging conference rooms, and managing logistics
Ordering supplies, snacks, and making sure the coffee never runs out
Overseeing post, courier services, and being the main contact for delivery partners
Jumping into operational tasks and daily problem-solving with a can-do attitude
Coordinating awesome team events, celebrations, and office socials
