Your role as Operation Manager - Therapy Team

Reporting to the Vice-President of Mental Health and EAP Operations, you will provide strategic direction to over 80 mental health practitioners. From operational oversight to resource management, your role will be pivotal in shaping the delivery of therapy services.

What you’ll be doing: 

Team Leadership:

  • Provide strategic leadership to the Therapy Team of 80+ mental health practitioners across Canada, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment

Operational Oversight:

  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure the efficient delivery of therapy services
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and optimize overall organizational efficiency

Resource Management:

  • Manage the allocation of resources, including staffing, equipment, and facilities, to support the Therapy Team's objectives

Quality Assurance:

  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives based on feedback, industry best practices, and performance metrics
  • Maintain and ensure the 24h access to Dialogue mental health services by optimizing our operations and processes

Client Relations:

  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to enhance client relations and identify opportunities for service expansion
  • Audit and improve the patient experience through continuous feedback to develop our scope of practice

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and uncertainty
  • Demonstrated ability to make strategic decisions that align with organizational goals and objectives
  • Experience within healthcare or therapy services industry (an asset)

Please note that as we serve customers across Canada, bilingualism is essential for this position. You may be required to communicate in French and English.
