The monetization team at World of Tanks Blitz looking for an Operations Game Designer. The team's primary goal is to achieve product KPIs of player engagement, and monetization. The team has various competencies and experience; we believe in open-mindedness and collaboration. Together, we will dive deep into all aspects of game mechanics and models, formulate and implement data-driven insights, and plan events. In this position, you will have many opportunities to apply and enhance your skills.

The ideal candidate for this position would have a few years of experience managing Live Operations for free-to-play mobile games, paired with a strong drive toward designing monetization and retention strategies using data-driven approaches.

What will you do?

• Design and configure monetization items “dynamic content” such as subscriptions, chests, draws, quest and other in-game items witch covered requests to create dynamic content for the needs of the publishing team;
• Control and tracking testing of dynamic content according to deadlines and documentation;
• Setting up a battle pass event and other community events, monetization Top-Up Events on a full cycle (starting from idea and ending with designing and configuring);
• Work closely with Game Store, Community, Content, Creative Media, Analytics, and Development teams;
• Analyze, monitor, and optimize the effectiveness of the launched companies;
• Formation of personal offers considering the payment behavior of specific audience segments;
• Organizing a/b testing of monetization/community offers/activities and mechanics with subsequent assessment of their effectiveness.

What are we looking for?

• 2+ years of experience in Live Operations or Game Production;
• Experience working with Git;
• Hands on experience working with configuration files such as XML, JSON;
• Self-starter, team player, humble and motivated;
• Advanced level of Excel, good understanding of data analytics and statistics;
• Passionate about games, mobile games in particular;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Understanding of online project monetization principles;
• Good knowledge of Wargaming products, understanding of their internal economics and related communication channels;
• Analytical mind keen on structuring data;
• Basic knowledge of Jira;
• Basic knowledge of Confluence;
• Intermediate or higher level of English.

The salary range for this role in Vilnius is EUR 3000 - 4000 monthly gross.
