Learfield Amplify is seeking a dynamic and detailed focused Operations Coordinator to assist our sales and customer service teams. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring effective delivery of services. Responsibilities: Sales Support marketing assets and coordinate fan experience tracking and execution.

1+ years of relevant sales or marketing experience in the sports/sponsorship landscape Attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of sports industry Excellent communication skills Team player Able to handle multiple projects with varying deadlines Ability to think strategically, creatively, and proactively Strong analytical skills and proficiency with PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Excel, Experience with Paciolan, Salesforce, and Marketing Automation (preferred but not necessary) Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in applicable field preferred The base pay for this position is $21.63 per hour.
