We’re looking for an organized, proactive, and enthusiastic Operations Executive to join our North America Operations team, based in New York. This role is key in ensuring the smooth running of our offices and supporting our people and leadership to deliver exceptional work while driving the Two Circles spirit across the region. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Organize team lunches once a week to help connect and energize the team. 

• Manage office supplies, stationery, and new joiner welcome stashes. 

• Coordinate and deliver team events across all North America offices. 

• Provide Executive Assistant support to senior leaders as required. 

• Oversee office management for our New York location. 

• Support the Events Manager with planning and delivery of external events. 

• Manage our relationships with WeWork and other office providers. 

• Provide general operational support to ensure the smooth running of our offices. 

• Assist in the planning and execution of company-wide events including holiday parties and summer festivals. 

• Champion and drive the Two Circles spirit across teams and offices. 

You’ll be part of the North America Operations team, working closely with colleagues across the U.S. and Canada, and collaborating with our London-based Operations team to ensure alignment globally. 

The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of Two Circles in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
