Overview:

The Gaming Catalyst Program is seeking an experienced Strategy and Operations leader to facilitate and optimize the strategic planning and team operational frameworks of the GCP, driving growth and efficiency across team operations and the GCP go-to-market strategy. This role is essential in aligning cross-functional teams within the Arbitrum ecosystem, ensuring the seamless execution of the program’s initiatives, and maintaining the highest levels of transparency and accountability to the Arbitrum DAO. You will also collaborate closely with leadership at Offchain Labs, the Arbitrum Foundation, and other key stakeholders to ensure the success of the program while providing critical insights to guide strategic decisions and optimize resources.

As the Operations Lead,  you will have the autonomy and influence to shape the planning and operational standards of one of the largest Arbitrum DAO initiatives since its inception.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support GCP’s go-to-market planning, ensuring collaboration and alignment across teams for seamless execution of strategic initiatives.

  • Act as a key liaison between GCP venture team, finance, vendors, and stakeholders to facilitate operational planning, OKR planning, and other activities.

  • Manage cross-functional projects related to GTM strategies, marketing, offsites, and more, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of key initiatives.

  • Proactively identify and recommend process improvements to streamline planning efforts and eliminate redundancies.

  • Lead planning sessions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define priorities, set timelines, and allocate GCP resources efficiently.

  • Own vendor management for GCP, negotiating contracts, ensuring deliverables are met, and fostering strong partnerships with external service providers.

  • Oversee and manage contractors, part-time resources, and specialists involved in various aspects of the GCP, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.

  • Contribute to transparency reports, detailing the impact and performance of operational initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in business consulting, program management, or a similar strategic operations role.

  • Passion for technology and venture capital.

  • Ability to interface with founders, executive leadership, external stakeholders, etc. 

  • Exceptional project management skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex ideas and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated experience aligning operational initiatives with business strategies.

  • A strong commitment to transparency, accountability, and effective reporting on operational outcomes.
