Job Overview

Wargaming is looking for an Operations Manager to work on World of Warships in our brand-new Belgrade office.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, implementing processes and procedures, and ensuring that our game is operated smoothly and efficiently.

What will you do?

• Game publishing operations on Steam, EGS, MS Store, etc.
• Manage the creation of content throughout multiple communication channels
• Work with the art team to provide creative input and guidelines for visual assets
• Take part in brainstorming and creative workshops
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, marketers, and product managers to ensure that our product operations are optimized for performance
• Manage the tasks backlog

What are we looking for?

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Upper-Intermediat English level or higher

What additional skills will help you stand out?

• Experience in operations management or a related field 
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, computer science, or a related field 
• Gaming experience in projects of different genres
